About Hardware AMD Ryzen 3 5300U

Released in 2021, the AMD Ryzen 3 5300U is a Zen 2 architecture-based mobile processor designed for ultrabook laptops and power-efficient devices. It has 4 cores and 8 threads, with a base clock speed of 2.6 GHz and a boost of up to 3.8 GHz. With 7nm fabrication, the Ryzen 3 5300U offers a balance between high performance and power efficiency, with a TDP of 15W.

One of the main advantages of this processor is its integrated GPU, AMD Radeon Vega 6, which has 6 Compute Units and operates at 1500 MHz. Compared to Intel's same-generation integrated GPU, Vega 6 offers better performance in light gaming and graphics acceleration.

In synthetic benchmarks like Cinebench R23, the Ryzen 3 5300U scores around 5147 points for multi-core and 990 points for single-core, making it a solid choice for mid-range laptops. The performance of this CPU is sufficient for everyday tasks, multimedia, and even some productivity tasks such as light photo or video editing.

About Hardware Intel Core i9 11900F

Part of the Rocket Lake generation, the Intel Core i9-11900F is a high-performance desktop processor released in 2021. This CPU has 8 cores and 16 threads, with a base clock speed of 2.5 GHz, and can increase to 5.2 GHz using Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0.

Built with 14nm fabrication, the i9-11900F has a TDP of 65W in default mode, but can increase under high workload conditions. As it is an “F” variant, this processor does not have an integrated GPU, so it requires a discrete graphics card for display output. With the Rocket Lake architecture, the i9-11900F brings an IPC (Instructions Per Cycle) increase over the previous generation, so it has strong single-core performance. However, as it is still based on a 14nm process, its power efficiency is lower than the latest AMD Ryzen processors using 7nm fabrication, especially in intensive multi-threaded workloads.
